After two long rowing careers, we decided to focus on coaching people while continuing to grow our own expertise. Two years later, after working with over 400 individuals, we thought, “Why not help clubs do the same? Bring people in, coach them well, and keep them coming back.”

So we did. In early 2025, we founded Grow Your Club. Just this summer alone, we’ve helped 15 clubs attract over 2,500 participants across all projects — and we’re only getting started.
