The Role
As an Appointment Setter, your mission is simple: turn interest into booked conversations.
You will speak with club owners, managers, and decision-makers who are interested in improving their clubs. Your role is to qualify leads, start meaningful conversations, and book calls with our team so we can help them grow.
This role blends communication, organisation, and persistence. You will help ensure that the right clubs are getting connected with GrowYourClub and that our calendar stays filled with high-quality conversations.
What You'll Do
Engage with potential club owners and managers through messages, calls, or other communication channels.
Qualify leads and determine if they are a good fit for GrowYourClub.
Book appointments and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Follow up with interested leads to keep conversations moving forward.
Maintain organised records of conversations, leads, and booked calls.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong communication.
Maintain a professional and helpful tone when representing GrowYourClub.
The Ideal Candidate

You are organised and good at managing conversations and follow-ups.
You are persistent and don’t give up easily when reaching out to leads.

You communicate clearly and professionally.
You have strong command of English and can hold confident conversations.
You are fully available and not engaged in other full-time roles or studies.
Requirements
Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer outreach is preferred.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Ability to qualify leads and guide conversations toward booking calls.
Comfort working independently while staying aligned with the team.
Strong organisation and follow-up discipline.
Coaching and Development
You will work closely with the GrowYourClub sales and marketing team, helping drive the early stages of our growth process.
This role is designed for someone who wants to improve their communication skills, learn more about sales, and develop within a performance-focused team.
High performers will gain increased responsibility and opportunities to grow into larger sales or leadership roles.
