The Role

As a Club Success Manager, your mission is simple: help clubs succeed using the systems and frameworks we provide.

You will work closely with clubs to ensure they implement the strategies, tools, and processes that help them grow stronger and more sustainable. Your role is to guide, support, and help clubs stay accountable to the actions that drive real results.

This role blends relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic support. You will ensure that clubs get real value from GrowYourClub and continue progressing toward their goals.

What You'll Do

Work directly with clubs to help them implement GrowYourClub frameworks, systems, and marketing strategies.

Guide clubs through challenges and help them find practical solutions to grow and improve.

Ensure clubs stay accountable to their goals, actions, and implementation.

Support onboarding for new clubs and help them get started with our systems.

Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate feedback from clubs.

Maintain strong relationships with clubs and ensure they have a positive experience with GrowYourClub.

Requirements

Experience working in customer success, account management, coaching, or similar roles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to guide clients through systems, processes, and implementation.

Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team.

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Coaching and Development

You will work closely with leadership and the GrowYourClub team, helping shape how we support clubs and improve their experience.

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop strong client success skills, take ownership of relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of clubs.

High performers will gain greater responsibility, influence over client success systems, and opportunities to help shape how we support clubs at scale.
