The Role
As a Media Buyer, your mission is simple: turn advertising spend into measurable growth.
You will manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns that help clubs attract new members and grow their communities. From campaign setup to scaling winning ads, your role is to ensure our advertising efforts produce consistent, profitable results.
This role blends strategy, analysis, and execution. You will test campaigns, analyse data, and continuously refine our advertising systems to drive stronger performance.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results such as leads, member sign-ups, and cost efficiency.
Test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance over time.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align ads with messaging and campaigns.
Analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
Stay up to date with advertising trends, platform updates, and performance strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
You think in terms of performance and results.
You have experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
You understand key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
You enjoy analysing data and using it to improve campaign performance.
You are comfortable testing new strategies and iterating quickly.
You collaborate well with marketers, designers, and copywriters.
You are detail-oriented and organised when managing campaigns.
You are fully available and not engaged in other full-time roles or studies.
Requirements
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for better results.
Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
Strong collaboration skills with marketing and creative teams.
Coaching and Development
You will work closely with leadership and the marketing team, directly contributing to how GrowYourClub generates leads and grows clubs.
This role is designed for someone who wants to improve their skills, take ownership of campaign performance, and play a key role in building scalable marketing systems.
