The Role

As a Video Editor, your mission is simple: turn ideas and raw footage into videos that capture attention and drive results.

You will create both short-form and long-form content for GrowYourClub and the clubs we work with. This includes high-performing ad creatives, social media reels, and longer videos such as VSLs and YouTube content.

This role blends creativity, storytelling, and marketing awareness. Your work will help communicate ideas clearly, engage audiences, and support the growth of clubs through powerful video content.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form videos such as ads, reels, and social media content designed to capture attention and drive engagement.

Edit long-form content including VSLs, YouTube videos, and educational content for GrowYourClub and the clubs we support.

Transform raw footage into engaging, clear, and well-structured videos.

Collaborate with the marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to align video content with campaigns and messaging.

Add graphics, captions, transitions, and visual elements that improve clarity and engagement.

Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads.

Maintain consistent quality, pacing, and storytelling across all video content.

Stay updated on editing trends, social media formats, and modern video production techniques.

The Ideal Candidate

You understand how video captures attention and keeps people engaged.

You have experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.

You are creative but also understand that video should support marketing and messaging.

You have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity.

You can take feedback and quickly implement improvements.

You collaborate well with designers, marketers, and copywriters.

You are detail-oriented and care about producing high-quality work.

You are fully available and not engaged in other full-time roles or studies.

Requirements

Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Ability to edit both short-form content (ads, reels) and long-form content (VSLs, YouTube).

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Comfort working independently while collaborating with a creative team.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Coaching and Development

You will work closely with the GrowYourClub marketing and creative team, helping shape how we communicate through video.

This role is designed for someone who wants to improve their creative skills, take ownership of projects, and play a key role in building high-performing video content.

High performers will gain increased responsibility, influence over creative direction, and opportunities to lead larger video projects.
