Running a complete course in a place most wouldn’t even consider
In a remote village in northern Sweden, we proved our system works anywhere. With just one week of marketing, 20 people joined — doubling the club’s size. All of them stayed. Small place, huge impact.

About the club
Sollerö is a small village in the north of Sweden. Before this project, the club barely existed. It had around 10 active members and felt more like a group of friends rowing together than a real club. There were no big goals, no structured training, and no real plan for growth.
This course wasn’t part of our normal rollout. We ran it as a small experiment to show that our concept can work anywhere. A friend of ours from Sollerö helped lead the project on-site, and we ran it as a small but powerful case study.
Problem
The club was very small. There was no regular training program, no recruitment, and no clear structure. It felt stuck. Without coaches or new energy, they couldn’t grow and had no momentum.
Solution
We only ran marketing for one week, just enough to make it manageable for our local contact. Even with that short push, 20 people joined. Using our coaching plan and curriculum, he ran fun, clear sessions that made everyone feel welcome.
Result
We only ran marketing for one week, just enough to make it manageable for our local contact. Even with that short push, 20 people joined. Using our coaching plan and curriculum, he ran fun, clear sessions that made everyone feel welcome.
Result: All 20 finished the course, and all 20 continued. The club doubled in size. People found real community and motivation. It proved that this model works not only in cities, but even in quiet villages like Sollerö. With more planning and coaches, they could easily host 40 or 50 people next time.
