This way, you can simply share the page with whoever is responsible for each part instead of going back and forth with us.

Legal
Sign The Agreement
By now, you should have received the contract from us. Once you’ve reviewed it, feel free to sign so both you and we can enter this partnership with clarity and full trust in each other.

Social Media
Instagram Access
At this stage, we’ll need access to your Instagram account so we don’t have to follow up on this later in the process. Your account will be safely stored on our end and only used when needed as part of the program.

Advertizing
Facebook Access
In this step, I’ll show you how to give us the correct access on Facebook so we can run ads when the time comes. Taking care of this now helps us avoid delays and stay fully focused on preparing everything properly.

Technical
Domain & Website
In this step, I’ll show you how to create a subdomain, a separate space connected to your website. This allows us to make changes freely, keep everything fully branded to your club, and avoid touching your main site or requiring any logins.

Finance
Stripe Setup & Access
In this step, we ask you to create a Stripe account if you don’t already have one and grant us admin access. This allows us to create all products and price points through Stripe, ensuring a modern payment process and complete transparency for all payments.

Waivers
Onboarding Waiver
In this step, we ask you to upload all waivers that you typically require new athletes joining your club to accept. This allows us to integrate your waivers into our onboarding process and ensure that every participant is aligned with your requirements.

Share Images & Videos
In this step, we ask you to upload images and videos from your club that you would like us to showcase on the program website and in advertising, so we can make everything more personalized to your club.
